Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic professional to lead critical projects, driving business process transformation and technology delivery.

  • Main Responsibilities
    • Assess current business processes and elicit critical business requirements through stakeholder engagement.
    • Analyze and document business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
    • Collaborate with technical teams for alignment between business goals and delivered solutions.
    • Support solution testing and validation.
    • Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Coordination
    • Define project scope with stakeholders.
    • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes.
    • Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
    • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
    • Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects under tight timelines.
  • Proven proficiency leading business and IT team members.
  • Strong background in driving process and technology improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in business analysis and project management roles within medium to large-scale projects.
  • Experience managing Agile delivery methodology.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project.
