Change Manager Role\

The Change Manager is responsible for implementing change management strategies to enable business adoption. This role leads cross-functional teams and provides guidance on projects and programs.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives\
  • Provide change guidance to projects and programs\
  • Determine strategies from impact assessment to business-as-usual transition\
  • Ensure governance compliance and manage change risks\
  • Represent Change and People & Culture professionally\\[/ul]\Requirements:\
    • \
    • Proven experience in leading transformational change management initiatives\
    • Minimum years' experience in roles specifically related to change management, organisational development, or transformation initiatives\
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills\
    • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders\
    • Experience across a range of enterprise programs including organisational restructuring, technology and business process adoption, culture and capability\\[/ul]\Desirable Qualifications:\
      • \
      • Postgraduate qualification in Change Management or related discipline\
      • Project and change management certifications\
      • Professional, top-tier management consulting experience\
      • Familiarity with risk, transformations, and/or culture change programs\\[/ul]\Benefits:\
