This dynamic and strategic role supports the business by building strong partnerships with leaders and driving HR initiatives that align with operational goals. As an HR Business Partner, you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry, and society at large.
Key responsibilities include aligning HR activities with business goals and strategies, coaching and supporting leaders through change, growth, and transformation initiatives, contributing to the design and execution of HR strategic plans, and leading the rollout of key HR processes including performance, engagement, and talent development.

Key responsibilities in this area include conducting workplace investigations, managing outcomes, and supporting disciplinary processes, promoting positive employee relations and managing union interactions in line with local labour legislation, and applying knowledge of employment law and industrial relations to coach managers through complex issues.
