Customer Advocate

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Customer Partner. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work collaboratively with our local teams to deliver high-quality services to seniors and people living with disability.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and onboard customers referred to Chorus, exercising your knowledge and judgment to ensure they receive the best possible support.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and allied health providers through effective communication and engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize local work, ensuring the best use of skills and resources to maximize outcomes for customers.
- Review and maintain customer data and records, demonstrating your organizational talents and passion for customer wellbeing.
- Manage all customer and support team communication channels, ensuring seamless interactions and support.
