Customer Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Customer Partner. As a key member of our local team, you will play a vital role in supporting seniors, people on the mental health recovery journey, and those living with a disability within our community.
As a Customer Partner, you will be responsible for exercising your knowledge, judgement, and professionalism to assess and onboard customers referred to Chorus. You will also apply your communication and engagement skills to maintain relationships with key referral stakeholders and customer allied health providers.
Additionally, you will collaborate with your colleagues to ensure the local's work is optimised and scheduled to make the best use of the team's skills and maximise outcomes for customers. You will also demonstrate your organisational talents and passion for customer wellbeing by maintaining and reviewing customer data and records on a regular basis.
One of the most exciting aspects of this role is the opportunity to support your local in bringing the Chorus digital platform to life for customers and their families. You will get to showcase your everyday-user tech skills and be part of our exciting Fresh Approach to support in the community.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive hourly pay rate between $34.76 - $37.98 (depending on your immediate experience), as well as a not-for-profit sector salary packaging option of up to $15,900 a year. You will also receive an additional $2,650 Meals and Entertainment component which combine to reduce your tax every fortnight and puts tax free money in your pocket.
