Opportunity OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Coordinator to lead our Before and After School Care service at Armstrong Creek. This is a permanent full-time position with varied working hours, offering a great work-life balance and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations and strategic development of the program, ensuring high-quality services and a positive experience for children and families.
- Collaborate with the Regional OSHC Coordinator to identify and address service improvement opportunities, driving growth and excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the school, families, local community groups, and contract partners, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Lead a team of educators, providing guidance and support to deliver a fun and engaging Outside of School Hours Care program.

Please note that a variety of qualifications are approved by ACECQA to work within OSHC, ranging from education to community services to healthcare. All Coordinators must be at a minimum, Diploma-level qualified.
