OSH 2IC

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a 2IC (Second in Charge) in our Newtown program. As a 2IC, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care.

• Assist the Director of Service in creating and implementing enriching experiences for the children in our program.
• Support with ensuring the program is compliant with industry regulations.
• Interact with parents and respond to their enquiries.
• Engage with the school community and attend events when the Director is unavailable.
• Co-manage or coordinate the school holiday program.

• Passion for working with children and a love for fun and engaging activities.
• Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in Before and After School Care or education is desirable, but not essential.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Qualification or studying towards an ACECQA recognised qualification in Victoria.
