Senior Perioperative Medicine Specialist

As a Senior Perioperative Medicine Specialist, you will have the opportunity to leverage your clinical expertise and excellent service in anaesthesia and perioperative medicine.
The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of policies and procedures within the department.
Key Responsibilities- Providing clinical expertise and excellent service in anaesthesia and perioperative medicine, including in-theatre, acute pain, preadmission clinic, delivery-suite, and other clinical and non-clinical duties as determined by the director of anaesthesiology and perioperative medicine
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes
- Supervising registrars, provisional trainees, HMOs, and interns in the Anaesthetics Department of the Hospital
- FANZCA qualification is essential for this role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with various stakeholders
