About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Receptionist to join our team at AECOM. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive impression of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet clients, setting a positive tone for their visit.
  • Connect people with the right solutions using our internal systems and processes.
  • Organize day-to-day meetings, room setup, and audio-visual support.
  • Manage contracts, including kitchen consumables and stationery, and coordinate contractor deliveries.
  • Manage the security access system, including programming staff and contractor access passes.
  • Work closely with the Workplace team on future office refits and sustainability campaigns.
  • Ensure the space is kept tidy and address any maintenance issues.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of admin or concierge experience, with a focus on customer service.
  • Confidence in using our internal AV system and Microsoft Teams.
  • Outstanding customer service and strong client relationships experience.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality, with a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
