This premium Property Development company in the CBD has an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Receptionist/Concierge member to join their vibrant team.
About the RoleYou will be working in one of Sydney's most stunning and energized office spaces and will be the first point of contact dealing with high-level clients checking into the building.
Key Responsibilities- First point of contact for high-level staff and clients
- Phone correspondence
- Managing passes and assisting and attending to visitors' inquiries
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Help co-ordinate company events and functions
- Any ad-hoc duties or PA duties needed from the staff
- Strong written and verbal correspondence on behalf of the company
- Professional approach and presentation
- Excellent customer service skills
- Warm and friendly approach
- You should be happy to take ownership of your space and the role at hand
