About the Role

As part of this dynamic team, you'll work directly with customers, families, and allied health professionals to match people with the right mobility aids.

This unique opportunity allows you to collaborate closely with a diverse allied health team, including occupational therapists and pharmacists.

  • Occupational Therapists: Support therapists in recommending and trialing equipment that helps clients achieve their daily living goals.
  • Pharmacists: Liaise with pharmacists to ensure customers understand how their equipment and medications work together.

You'll welcome and assist customers, listen to their needs, recommend suitable equipment, and support customers and clinicians with equipment trials and hire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers in the mobility showroom
  • Listen to customers' needs and recommend suitable mobility equipment
  • Demonstrate products and explain their benefits
  • Support customers and clinicians with equipment trials and hire
  • Process sales, orders, and hire agreements
  • Keep the showroom tidy, safe, and well-stocked
  • Work with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Help maintain accurate records and stock levels

  • Friendly, patient, and caring attitude
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Interest in health, disability, or aged care
  • Organised, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Quick to learn and comfortable using computers
