Defence technology is at the forefront of innovation, and we're seeking a Mobility Specialist to be part of our next generation of pioneers.

This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your expertise in mobility solutions to drive growth and development within our organisation.

As a Mobility Specialist, you'll have the chance to work closely with HR Business Partners and established Business Program's teams to develop and implement best practice mobility strategies.

Responsibilities will include managing various mobility lifecycle activities, collaborating with future work bid teams, educating and supporting leaders on mobilisation implications, and ensuring 3rd party vendors meet requisite service delivery standards.

Key qualifications for this role include strong time management and stakeholder engagement skills, demonstrated experience in domestic and global mobility, and previous experience engaging with senior-level employees.

Additionally, you should hold a degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, law, business or finance, and possess Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) certification, if possible.

Clearances: Defence security clearance is required for this role, making Australian citizenship a necessity. International Traffic in Arms Regulations may also impact suitability.
