This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced professional who can diagnose and repair various mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets. Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting thorough diagnostic assessments to identify issues with mobile devices.
- Performing software updates, battery replacements, screen repairs, and other hardware/software troubleshooting tasks.
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Assisting customers with product selection, offering recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.

**Requirements & Qualifications:**
