Job Description

We're expanding our product range into new home electrification solutions. We need a Product Manager to drive smooth launches, sales enablement, and customer adoption of these innovative products.

This role will sit at the intersection of strategy, sales, marketing, and execution. You'll own the end-to-end product lifecycle - ensuring every new product enters the market with impact, scales successfully, and enhances our mission of helping Australians take control of their energy future.

You'll work closely with various teams to build go-to-market strategies and monitor performance post-launch. This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of Australia's home energy transformation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the launch of new home electrification products, ensuring seamless execution from concept to customer
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to build go-to-market strategies
  • Monitor performance post-launch and adjust strategy to maximise uptake
  • Act as the voice of the product internally - translating customer needs, market insights, and business goals into actionable outcomes

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll have experience in product or project management, product marketing, or a related role (energy/renewables background a bonus). You should have strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategy and detail.
