Financial Integrity Specialist:

As a key member of our Risk and Compliance team, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating financial crime risks. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be invaluable in monitoring client transactions and behaviour.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor client transactions and identify potential money laundering or terrorism financing risks.
  • Escalate and report suspicious matters to relevant authorities.
  • Perform PEP and sanctions screening and contribute to the development of transaction monitoring rules.
  • Collaborate with global compliance teams to ensure financial crime risks are identified and addressed.
  • Maintain accurate records and refine AML/CTF processes and assurance frameworks.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on due diligence protocols and risk-based decisions.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as law, finance, business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in AML/CTF compliance, investigations, or client onboarding (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to handle sensitive conversations.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
  • A mindset that embraces innovation, AI tools, and continuous learning.
  • A commitment to meeting regulatory deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
