
Financial Integrity Specialist

The role of Rates Coordinator involves ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our valuation and rating database.
Specifically, this includes:
- Maintaining and reconciling our land valuations register with NSW Valuer-General valuation data on a regular basis.
- Championing the TechnologyOne Property & Rating system and collaborating with key stakeholders to develop and deliver an effective and efficient system.
- Embracing continuous improvement and effectively navigating changing environments to support others in evolving their skills.
As a member of the Financial Services Team, you will work closely with the Team Leader Revenue Management to facilitate the delivery of annual rates/revenue outputs.
You will assess and determine rating categorisation and/or property rateability in accordance with legislative requirements, and take action on relevant transactional matters.
