
Business Development Marketer

About this role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing business. This is a mid-senior role with big scope for impact, ideal for a creative, commercially sharp marketer who's ready to take ownership of campaigns, partnerships, and events that fuel growth.
Your Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across email, paid, social, PR, and content
- Design and manage CRM/HubSpot workflows for lead nurturing and customer comms
- Build and execute an annual events and activations calendar (trade shows, conferences, roadshows)
- Develop and manage co-marketing programs with key partners (OEMs, fleets, energy providers, installers)
- Own campaign and event measurement, reporting outcomes to leadership
- Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and industry bodies
What We're Looking For:
- 6+ years in marketing (campaigns, events, partnerships or CRM), ideally in tech, sustainability, automotive or energy
- Proven success running end-to-end integrated campaigns with HubSpot experience
- Strong commercial instincts and confidence negotiating partnerships and managing budgets
- Excellent project management skills – able to juggle multiple campaigns at once
- Collaborative and hands-on approach, with great stakeholder management skills
- A balance of creativity and data-driven thinking
