About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team at Busy Bees Australia. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating balanced, nutritious meals for young children, considering their developmental needs.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Design rotating menus that adhere to dietary guidelines and cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Prepare meals for children with allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary needs
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols
  • Work within budgetary constraints when ordering food and supplies
  • Prepare meals according to the schedule of the early childhood service

Requirements:



  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent culinary qualifications or experience
  • Current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one
