Job Title: "Resolution Expert"

The role of the Incident & Problem Manager plays a pivotal part in our strategy, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing delivery of Incident, Problem and Change Management.

This position requires the establishment and operationalisation of consistent Incident and Problem Management processes across our organisation.

In partnership with the Service Delivery Manager (SDM), the individual will be responsible for overseeing and managing Incident, Problem and Change across our environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement, embed and provide ongoing support of the Incident and Problem Process and Procedures to ensure continuous improvement leading to adoption of best practices.
  • Drive prompt service restoration, effective crisis management, SLA adherence and structured incident response.
  • Reduce incident recurrence, enhance IT Service quality and reliability, cost reduction, knowledge sharing, risk mitigation and continuous service enhancement.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field is essential.
  • A Master's degree or relevant certifications (ITIL, PMP, ISO27001 Lead Implementer) would be highly beneficial.
