General Maintenance and Gardener Labourer

This role involves providing support with general maintenance and gardening tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be physically capable and possess basic knowledge of gardening practices.

  • Assist in maintaining the external and internal environment of facilities
  • Support general repairs and maintenance activities
  • Participate in seasonal landscaping and waste management

This is an opportunity to work in a physically demanding role that requires manual labour and safe use of equipment.

Requirements

The successful applicant must demonstrate:

  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Initiative and reliability in completing tasks
  • Attention to detail and quality of work
  • Holds a valid driver's license and has (or can obtain) NDIS Worker Clearance
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team
