Practice Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our team at New Farm Clinic. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for the overall operations and development of our consulting suites.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the efficient and effective operation of our administration service, ensuring clients have a positive experience with our practice.
- Supervise the management of patient appointments, medical records, and accounts.
- End of month financial reporting, invoicing, and accounts management.
- Other general administrative functions as required.
- Previous practice management experience in the healthcare industry.
- Leadership, planning, and change management skills.
- Problem-solving in a constructive, cooperative, and motivating manner.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Proven ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and Medicare & private health funds billing.
- Experience managing a psychiatrist practice.
- Previous experience with Patient Management Systems (Meditech, Blue Chip, Medical Director, Medical Objects etc.).
- A base salary up to $120,000 plus super based on skills and experience.
