About the Role

Flying Bark Productions is seeking a skilled Pipeline Developer to join our project and core pipeline teams. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our pipeline and tool infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with VFX, CG supervisors, Production Managers, and Artists to provide technical guidance and support.
  • Attend technical meetings to provide clarity on development projects and ensure effective communication with the team.
  • Develop solutions for project-level workflows and expand company pipeline capabilities in a project-agnostic way.
  • Document new and existing workflows for the benefit of the technical and creative teams.
  • Work with the Shotgrid Toolkit Framework and experience with Asset Management systems is a must.
  • Develop and maintain software solutions using Python, C++, and other relevant technologies.
Requirements
  • Previous pipeline production experience, preferably in Animation or VFX.
  • Experience with Katana, Maya, Houdini, Nuke, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent Python coding skills and knowledge of C++ is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with our studio software stack and technology stack is essential.
