We are seeking an accomplished digital transformation specialist to join our team.

About the Role

  • Deliver complex digital transformation projects with a focus on practical, value-driven outcomes.
  • Collaborate with client teams to analyze needs and recommend tailored digital solutions.
  • Lead workstreams and ensure delivery of solutions on time and within budget.
  • Maintain high billable utilization.
  • Apply knowledge of IT/OT systems integration to connect business processes and technologies.
  • Identify and manage delivery risks while ensuring project quality.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions with client teams.
  • Support adoption and change activities to drive stakeholder alignment.
Personal and Professional Development

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop consulting assets, methods, and tools, as well as contribute to thought leadership initiatives, including articles, presentations, and intellectual property.

  • Develop consulting assets, methods, and tools.

The Essentials - You Will Have
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience delivering digital or industrial automation solutions, with at least 2 years in a consulting role.
  • Proven experience delivering scalable IoT/IIoT, analytics, or software-led transformation projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, primarily in the South Pacific region.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have
  • SCRUM/Agile methodology experience or certifications.
  • Organizational Change Management experience or certifications.
