Manufacturing Assembler Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Assembler to join our team in Coolum, Queensland.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality caravans and components, using advanced manufacturing techniques and cutting-edge technology.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble caravan components within assigned bays according to specifications and deadlines.
  • Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Utilize hand and power tools safely, reporting any equipment faults or maintenance requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all safety standards and protocols.
  • Inspect finished work for quality and report any issues to the Bay Leader or Supervisor.
  • Monitor material usage and support process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Record production data accurately to support reporting and traceability needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is highly desirable.
  • Relevant trade or mechanical assembly qualifications are a significant advantage.
  • Skilled in the safe and effective use of hand and power tools.
  • Able to perform manual tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with workplace safety and manual handling procedures.
