Join our Zone Manufacturing/Production team as a Caravan Assembler and contribute to the high-quality and efficient assembly of caravans and components. Reporting to Senior Production Supervisors, this full-time role is key to achieving production targets and maintaining quality and safety standards in a dynamic RV production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble caravan components within assigned bays according to specifications and deadlines.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and company policies.
  • Use hand and power tools safely; report equipment faults.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and maintain workflow.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Wear required PPE at all times and adhere to all safety standards.
  • Inspect finished work for quality and report issues to the Bay Leader or Supervisor.
  • Monitor material usage and support process improvements.
  • Record production data to support reporting and traceability.
Requirements
  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
  • Relevant trade or mechanical assembly qualifications a plus.
  • Skilled in safe and effective use of hand and power tools.
  • Physically able to perform manual tasks such as lifting and standing.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety and manual handling procedures.
