Fitness Class Leader

Crunch Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Fitness Instructor to lead innovative and engaging classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and interests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy workouts that inspire and motivate our members to reach their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead engaging group fitness classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and interests
- Build and maintain a strong class following and support the club's success through strong class participant numbers
- Maintain a high professional standard of instruction and provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure a safe and clean club environment at all times
Requirements:
- Certificate 3 in Fitness and Senior First Aid certification
- Hold your own Public Liability insurance
- A passion for health and fitness and a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives
Preferred Skills:
- Action-based classes such as HiiT, Strength & Conditioning, and Resistance Training
- Rhythm-based classes such as Dance, Aerobics, and Step
- Chill-out based classes such as Yoga, Pilates, and Meditation
