The OpportunityAs a Member Support Consultant (MSC), you will be the driving force behind the success of Fitness First. You will interact with members, inspiring them to begin their journey towards becoming more active, fulfilled, and confident versions of themselves. Your role will involve driving membership growth by performing outreach activities, generating and converting leads, and providing exceptional customer service that motivates members to continue their fitness journey.
Responsibilities- Contribute to club sales budget by utilizing sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Create great member journeys through positive and personalized interactions
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
- Open and close the club as per the club roster
- Participate in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
- Make regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey, recommending club-based products that boost their results and amplify their experience
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
- A problem-solving mindset, providing solutions that meet the needs of potential members
- A gift for communication, able to talk to anyone with ease and inspire them to take action
- Drive, being goal-focused and continuously looking for new ways to excel
- A team player, able to rally through hard times and celebrate personal and team success
- Customer-focused, able to build rapport with people of all backgrounds and motivated to help them achieve their goals
