About the Role
As a Business Development Expert, you'll:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with local businesses
- Originate and structure lending solutions across commercial, residential, asset finance and everyday banking (up to $10M per transaction)
- Leverage your existing network and referral sources to grow your portfolio
- Be an active ambassador in the business community, representing a highly respected bank
- Work closely with direct and broker-introduced customers to provide holistic financial solutions

- Experienced Banker– At least 10 years of commercial lending experience with solid credit writing skills
