Job Overview

This role plays a pivotal part in strengthening employer and member relationships, driving retention, engagement, and strategic growth across a portfolio of key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of employer and member accounts through proactive engagement and service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, attending industry events and client functions as required.
  • Execute formalised client engagement strategies and member service initiatives.
  • Support the onboarding of new business and ensure seamless transitions for large employers.
  • Deliver education programs and promote campaigns across your portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide insights and reporting on service levels, engagement outcomes, and portfolio performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of account management success.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis.
