Job Opportunity: Scheduler

This is a highly sought-after role for a skilled scheduler who can effectively manage the scheduling of internal and external resources to support site attendance, building assessments, restoration works, and warranty services across all divisions.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing incoming job requests to determine the appropriate personnel, considering task requirements, timing, and necessary skillsets.
  • A key aspect of this role will be allocating internal and external resources efficiently to meet the needs of restoration and construction projects.
  • The ideal candidate will schedule jobs promptly, coordinating with both internal teams and external contractors as needed.
  • Maintaining a centralized resource calendar will be crucial to provide real-time visibility of team availability, job assignments, and time off.
  • Prioritizing job scheduling based on project size, KPIs, and client expectations will be essential in ensuring seamless delivery.
  • The selected candidate will collaborate closely with project coordinators and claims coordinators, providing administrative support as required.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in workforce scheduling.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong understanding of the building repair process, critical inspection points, and WHS requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships/accounts.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task.
  • High attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
