The role of the Leasing Paralegal is to instruct, negotiate and finalize leases and associated tenancy documents in a timely manner. Key responsibilities include providing initial advice on lease documents and retail tenancies legislation.
Key Skills
As a successful candidate, you will possess excellent interpretive, analytical and communication skills. You will be experienced in interpreting and negotiating leases to deliver commercial outcomes. Your ability to work independently and manage competing priorities will be highly valued.
