The Role

We are seeking a senior Marketing Director to establish and execute a Marketing and Communications strategy aligned with our business goals. You will lead our marketing team and partner with select agencies to develop and manage our brand, communications, public relations, events, social media, and advertising.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing marketing campaigns and content for social media, website, emails, and promotional materials to promote our products and services.
  • Collaborating with other business units on initiatives supporting member engagement, retention, and acquisition.
  • Ensuring brand consistency and assisting with planning marketing events and promotional activities.
  • Monitoring marketing performance, preparing reports, and aligning activities with overall business goals through collaboration with other units.

Requirements

  • High energy, results-driven with a forward-thinking mindset.
  • Track record of effective customer delivery, including methods to retain and grow member and employer relationships.
  • Demonstrable experience of integrated digital marketing technologies and services.
  • Experience in leading, managing, and developing a team, with a particular focus on a high-performing innovative culture.
  • 7+ years' experience within the superannuation or wealth management space at a senior level.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
