The Role:
This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, professionalism, commitment to team development, and a dynamic approach. As the Resort Property Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring adherence to legislative and compliance requirements, routine maintenance, and project requirements.
Your responsibilities will include managing a maintenance team, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating with contractors. You'll work closely with the team to ensure every area is immaculately maintained for our guests, including an after-hours on-call roster.
