Job Overview

Buddy4Travel is seeking an experienced Global Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will involve identifying and pursuing international business opportunities, developing business plans, and managing international marketing, digital marketing, and sales.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international business development and marketing, with experience in the travel or hospitality industry being a plus. A Master's, Bachelor's, or Diploma degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, although experience may be considered instead of degree in some cases.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key clients, conducting market research, and working closely with the marketing and sales teams. They will also be expected to develop and execute strategies to expand Buddy4Travel's customer base, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the travel and tourism sectors, and ensure long-term customer loyalty and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Sales & Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand Buddy4Travel's customer base.
  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the travel and tourism sectors.
  • Client Relationship Management: Work closely with existing clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Proposal & Contract Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contractual agreements to prospective clients.
