We are seeking a highly skilled Release and Infrastructure Strategist to join our team at Pyramid Global Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Migration: Develop a comprehensive roadmap for data migration, coordinate with business stakeholders, analyze all steps for data migration, finalize deployment plans, and manage background processes.
  • Aruma D365 Environments: Manage and administer Aruma's D365 environments, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
  • Product Solution Delivery: Build and test deployments, create architecture specifications, configure and customize solutions, and perform functional and technical validation.
  • Business Support: Escalate issues to senior stakeholders, coordinate with Microsoft support teams, and provide technical guidance to internal teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Azure and D365 CRM-ERP architectural experience.
  • Application integration and data specialist skills.
  • Strong system design and architectural knowledge, with hands-on experience.
  • Stakeholder and vendor management skills.
  • Hands-on development experience with D365.
  • Technology stack expertise in JScript, plugins, custom workflows, power automate flows, Azure function apps, and PCF controls.
  • Tools proficiency in CRM Developer Toolkit (SDK), Plugin Registration, Ribbon Workbench, and XrmToolbox.

FinOps Responsibilities / Skills:

  • D365 F&O system administration and configuration.
  • Monitoring and building customizations for D365 F&O.
  • Strong familiarity with Lifecycle Services (LCS) for D365 F&O environments administration.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data migration and Go-Live cutover planning experience.
