We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Champion. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless recycling experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Sort recyclable items into their correct categories, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency
- Transport items to the relevant storage area, using manual handling or forklift equipment as required
- Ensure customers are welcomed and assisted with their recycling products, inspiring repeat business and loyalty
- Cash handling and processing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all health and safety procedures and reporting any hazards or incidents
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiency and increase customer satisfaction, suggesting innovative solutions and best practices
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook, with ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- A great 'can-do' attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact on the community
