**Job Opportunity: Director of Care**

Rose Lodge is a not-for-profit Aged Care facility located in Wonthaggi, committed to delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. Our team is driven by a shared vision that focuses on community, respect, wellbeing, accountability, and partnership.

We are seeking a dedicated Director of Care who can lead our team with exceptional leadership, mentoring, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the Aged Care industry, the Aged Care Act, and the Aged Care Quality Standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Qualification as a Registered Nurse with APHRA registration
  • Minimum five (5) years management experience
  • Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
