Job Title: Expert AI Integration Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an expert in AI integration to join our team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions across our platform.

You will work closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to bring AI-first experiences to life. Your primary focus will be on integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into our POS workflows, analytics dashboards, and customer-facing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement LLM-driven features to enhance our products.
  • Integrate LLMs into our backend and frontend systems.
  • Build and maintain APIs and middleware to connect AI models with our system.
  • Develop RAG pipelines with vector databases to deliver context-aware insights from restaurant data.
  • Optimize LLM usage with prompt engineering, embeddings, and fine-tuning.
  • Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of AI-powered features in production.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.
  • Strong programming experience in C# (ASP.NET Core, EF Core), TypeScript.
  • Proven experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, Cohere, etc.).
  • Solid knowledge of vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Strong understanding of API design, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure).
  • Practical experience with NLP, embeddings, and machine learning pipelines.
