About the Role

  • Develop and execute our organization's AI strategy in alignment with overall business objectives and goals
  • Provide leadership in developing and maintaining a robust AI governance framework and provide advice on standards and directions
  • Manage the integration of AI technologies into existing software, systems, and workflows, ensuring seamless operation and minimal disruption
  • Develop education and training programs to upskill staff in cybersecurity within the evolving digitally enabled environment
  • Influence and maintain a culture of performance, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the team

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to plan, lead, implement, manage, and evaluate goals, objectives, and strategies that recognize organizational priorities and resource constraints
  • High-level research, analytical skills, and critical thinking with significant ability to act strategically and formulate appropriate solutions
  • Strong understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and governance standards
  • Extensive experience in documenting and presenting technical concepts to technical and non-technical personnel
  • Demonstrated experience in Digital Health, machine learning, or data science roles
