AI Integration Specialist

We're building a team to deliver smarter, faster, and more intuitive solutions for restaurant owners, managers, and staff.

Menumiz is a cloud-native platform that simplifies operations, enhances customer experience, and powers decision-making for F&B businesses.

We are integrating AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to develop features that enhance our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement LLM-driven features.
  • Integrate LLMs into workflows, analytics dashboards, and applications.
  • Build and maintain APIs and middleware to connect AI models with our backend and frontend.
  • Develop pipelines with vector databases to deliver context-aware insights from restaurant data.
  • Optimize LLM usage with prompt engineering, embeddings, and fine-tuning.
  • Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of AI-powered features in production.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.
  • Strong programming experience in C# (ASP.NET Core, EF Core), TypeScript.
  • Proven experience with LLM APIs.
  • Solid knowledge of vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation.
  • Strong understanding of API design, microservices, and cloud platforms.
  • Practical experience with NLP, embeddings, and machine learning pipelines.
