Menumiz is a cloud-native restaurant management and POS platform that simplifies operations, enhances customer experience, and powers decision-making for F&B businesses. We are now integrating AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to deliver smarter, faster, and more intuitive solutions for restaurant owners, managers, and staff.

We are looking for an AI & LLM Integration Specialist to help us design and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions across our platform, making Menumiz the most intelligent and future-ready restaurant tech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement LLM-driven features to enhance Menumiz products (e.g., smart reporting, predictive ordering, conversational support, intelligent menu recommendations).
Integrate LLMs into POS workflows, analytics dashboards, and customer-facing applications.
Build and maintain APIs and middleware to connect AI models with Menumiz's ASP.NET Core & EF Core backend and TypeScript-based frontend (SolidJs).
Develop RAG pipelines with vector databases to deliver context-aware insights from restaurant data.
Optimize LLM usage with prompt engineering, embeddings, and fine-tuning to reduce cost and improve performance.
Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of AI-powered features in production.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to bring AI-first experiences to life.
Monitor AI features post-deployment, addressing issues like hallucinations, latency, and data compliance.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.
Strong programming experience in C# (ASP.NET Core, EF Core), TypeScript.
Proven experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, Cohere, etc.).
Solid knowledge of vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Strong understanding of API design, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure).
Practical experience with NLP, embeddings, and machine learning pipelines.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
Knowledge of restaurant/F&B software systems, POS, or ERP.
Familiarity with MLOps (CI/CD for AI, monitoring, model lifecycle management).
Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance in SaaS applications.
