THE OPPORTUNITY National Self Insurance is a division of EML that serves employers who are self-insured for their workers' compensation needs and have partnered with EML to manage their claims. We currently have an opening for an experienced Senior Case Manager. As part of our diverse team, you will have the opportunity to positively impact someone's life daily. This is a full-time permanent position with the flexibility to work from home three days a week once fully trained. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Provide a service-oriented approach focused on early intervention and the interests of both workers and employers. Ensure timely and proactive intervention to enhance recovery and return-to-work outcomes. Offer workers' compensation guidance to stakeholders, including workers, employers, and service providers. Assist workers and employers with the claims process, providing support in completing necessary documentation to ensure timely access to services that facilitate return to work and recovery from injuries. Proactively manage cases to achieve optimal outcomes for early sustainable return to work for workers while maintaining reasonable claim costs. ABOUT YOU Demonstrated experience in managing workers' compensation claims. An empathetic, resilient, and motivational approach to delivering customer-centric support. A driven professional with strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. A proactive, positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
