Job Title: Courier

We are currently seeking an individual to fill a courier role within our organisation.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine courier runs, including the pickup and delivery of pathology samples.
  • Liaising between Referring Medical Practitioners and Medical Liaison Officers with regards to store orders.
  • Processing, packing, and delivering supplies to Medical Practitioners as required.
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to Policies and Procedures.

About You

  • A current full (unrestricted) driver license is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills are essential.
  • You should have the physical capability to manage a minimum of 30 stops per day.
  • Ability to follow instructions and use initiative to make sound decisions.
  • Vaccine preventable disease evidence such as Hepatitis B and COVID-19 are required for this role.
  • Prior courier experience is considered advantageous.
