A courier plays a pivotal role in the successful delivery of packages to customers. To achieve this, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering packages while providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collect and deliver packages following designated routes and time schedules.
  • Verify and scan package contents to confirm order accuracy during pick-up and delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure packages are securely packed.
  • Report any delivery issues or damaged goods promptly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Secondary education or equivalent qualification.
  • At least one year of professional driving experience.
  • AU License Classifications: AUK012 Minimum C Class (Car) License or AUK013 Minimum Medium Rigid (MR) Truck License.
