Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of packages to customers.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver packages efficiently following designated routes and time schedules.
  • Verify and scan package contents to confirm order accuracy during pick-up and delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure packages are securely packed.
  • Report any delivery issues, damaged goods or incorrect addresses promptly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of secondary education or equivalent is required.
  • At least one year of professional driving experience is necessary.
  • An AU License Classification of AUK012 Minimum C Class (Car) License or AUK013 Minimum Medium Rigid (MR) Truck License is mandatory.
