Courier Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and efficient individual to join our team as a package delivery specialist.

As a package delivery specialist, you will be responsible for the safe and timely collection and delivery of packages, ensuring order accuracy through content verification and scanning. You will also provide exceptional customer service and maintain package security.

• You will safely collect and deliver packages following designated routes and adhere to strict time schedules
• You will verify and scan package contents to confirm order accuracy during pick-up and delivery
• You will provide exceptional customer service and ensure packages are securely packed
• You will report any delivery issues, damaged goods or incorrect addresses promptly
• You will perform other duties as assigned

A secondary education or equivalent is required. At least one year of professional driving experience is preferred.

To succeed in this role, you must have a valid AU License Classifications: AUK012 Minimum C Class (Car) License or AUK013 Minimum Medium Rigid (MR) Truck License. You should also possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
