Job Description

As a Digital Forensics and Incident Response Service Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping organisations respond to and recover from critical cyber incidents.

You will work closely with the Head of Service Delivery, other Service Delivery Managers, and DFIR team members to ensure high-quality, timely, and effective response to cyber incidents. Acting as a key liaison between clients and technical specialists, you will ensure that engagements run smoothly, clients remain informed, and outcomes deliver real value.

This is a client-facing role responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of Digital Forensics and Incident Response services across our diverse client base. You will be expected to lead end-to-end cybersecurity projects, ensuring objectives, scope, and deliverables are achieved within timelines and budgets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in project management, ideally within cybersecurity or IT consulting, with proven ability to deliver complex projects
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), and familiarity with technologies such as firewalls, IDS, SIEM, and endpoint protection
  • Skilled in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a client-first mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (project management certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2 highly desirable)
