About the Role:

As a Service Manager at Schindler Lifts Australia, you will play a crucial role in delivering responsive and high-quality services and solutions to our customers. This office-based position involves approximately 12 direct reports and P&L responsibilities. You will also spend time in the field with technicians, direct reports, and attending customer meetings.

Your key responsibilities will include carrying out monthly toolbox meetings, driving consistent and reliable financial performance, and providing support to our sales team on scoping and pricing repair works.

  • A highly competitive base salary of AU$120,000 per annum, plus 12% Super
  • A bonus incentive of up to AU$28,000 per year

Requirements:

  1. Previous leadership experience, preferably within the lift industry, will be highly regarded, together with a strong understanding of repair works
  2. Ideally, experience as a Maintenance/Repairs/Service Manager working in the Lift industry or within Fire, HVAC, Security, or a similar industry
  3. Strong organisation skills, with the ability to effectively plan, manage resources, and execute actions
  4. Ability to provide direction and take responsibility for decisions and actions of your team
  5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence others, and maintain relationships both internally and externally
  6. Proven ability to handle multiple and competing priorities effectively
  7. Build and develop a strong safety culture
