A leading technology firm, Position Partners, is seeking an experienced Territory Account Manager to join our team in Canberra. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
We are looking for a results-driven professional with a strong background in construction sales, who can effectively collaborate with our ACT & NSW teams to develop and execute sales strategies. Your goal will be to exceed personal and regional sales targets while ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.
This is a full-time position based in Canberra, reporting directly to the Region Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate Strong Customer Relationships
- Respond promptly to customer needs and inquiries.
- Work towards exceeding personal and regional sales targets.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
- Prepare and deliver detailed proposals to clients.
- Plan and execute proactive sales activities.
- Participate in industry events and conferences.
- Generate leads through proactive initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience in the Construction Industry
- Proven Sales Experience
- Familiarity with Machine Systems, Weighing, GPS, and Laser System Products is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in sales conversion.
- Interest in technology is highly regarded.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to company culture and values.
- Eagerness to learn and grow personally.
