Senior Clinical Governance Manager

This is an outstanding opportunity to drive governance and quality systems in Aged Care Services.

The Senior Clinical Governance Manager will lead the development of a robust quality system, ensuring compliance with accreditation outcomes and providing advice and support across all aged services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and evaluating clinical standards of care;
  • Achieving compliance through data analysis and evidence-based interventions;
  • Managing the effectiveness of Quality Risk Management Systems;
  • Driving quality and innovation across resident care and lifestyle domains;
  • Providing strategic guidance and support to senior management teams.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in a similar governance environment, with a proven track record of driving quality improvements and implementing evidence-based practice. Your achievements should include successful accreditation and re-accreditation of aged care services, as well as knowledge and experience in implementing governance frameworks and driving compliance.

Additionally, you should possess strong communication skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders, and have the ability to think strategically combined with a 'can-do' approach.

Selection Criteria:
